This ID is generated through the national JJM digital platform, and the information is shared with the concerned States and Union Territories via the JJM digital ecosystem.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Under the Jal Jeevan Mission, Sujalam Bharat has been developed for the digital management of Rural Piped Water Supply Schemes(RPWSS). It integrates asset information, GIS mapping, and decision-support systems.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Linked to the PM GatiShakti platform, Sujalam Bharat provides a GIS-based digital framework. Under this initiative, rural water supply schemes are assigned a unique digital identity the \u2018Sujalam Bharat ID\u2019 to enable more effective monitoring and management.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Under the Jal Jeevan Mission, the &#8216;Sujal Gaon ID\u2019 and \u2018Sujalam Bharat ID\u2019 provide digital identities to water service areas and rural water supply schemes. Integrated with GIS, they facilitate the monitoring of water supply networks and assets from source to tap. These ensure better monitoring, accountability, and data-driven decision-making for schemes.
